Fully Diluted Valuation
Also known as FDV fully diluted market cap
Fully diluted valuation, or FDV, estimates what a crypto project would be worth if every token that will ever exist were already in circulation, by multiplying the current price by the maximum or total supply. Comparing FDV with market capitalisation shows how much future supply may enter the market through unlocks or issuance. A large gap can signal potential selling pressure, although it does not predict price on its own.
